Example Video and question – 6.1 Different cells and cell specialisation
One of the first ways plant cells differentiate in a plant embryo is to?
(a) become either the root and shoot meristem cells.
(b) grow extra cell walls to give the new plant structure and stability.
(c) in plants, the cells don’t differentiate. They begin in the embryo as specialised cells, such as root cells, shoot cells, leaf cells or flower cells.
